Firestone Complete Auto Care

Great service and very fast! I went in for four new tires and an oil change, and I was out in less than an hour. The Service Manager, Greg, went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and that the whole process went smoothly. It's hard to find service that's both efficient and customer-focused, but they delivered on both. I'll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Firestone in Braintree.

Needed to get new tires, especially after discovering a flat. Greg helped lay out all the pricing options to find the most reasonable replacements. Recommend coming here for quality customer service.

I brought my car to Firestone in Braintree to get my brakes fixed and I genuinely couldn't be happier with the experience. Tim was incredible, what set him apart was that he called me every step of the way before touching anything on my car, walked me through exactly what needed to be done and why, and made sure I was fully informed before any work began. That kind of transparency is rare and I really appreciated it. On top of that, the service was fast, I wasn't sitting around waiting all day, which says a lot. Tim and the team at this location clearly take pride in what they do. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Super friendly and knowledgeable staff who genuinely just want to provide good service/help. Tim was especially helpful and pointed out a few issues that I should look out for in the future or if I start hearing any weird noises which was great! The service was also very fast and affordable so I'll definitely be back, I would 100% recommend this place especially if you want to avoid headaches or people trying to up sell you like other shops have done to me in the past.

These guys seriously made my day. I needed brakes and got there pretty late in the day. I fully expected to have to leave and pick my car up another day, but Shawn and his team got the work done by staying late. That is unexpectedly great service and my car felt great afterwards. They were so friendly and explained everything that needed to be done. You guys have one seriously satisfied customer. Thanks Braintree team!
